Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of contextual learning in Hinduism subject in elementary school. The ability of teachers to create quality learning largely determines overall educational success. The quality of learning depends on the strength of teachers, especially in providing ease of learning to students effectively and efficiently. Contextual learning or often abbreviated as CTL is one learning strategy that can streamline the teaching and learning process where learning takes place naturally in the form of student work and experience activities, not just the transfer of knowledge from teacher to students, so learning is expected to be more meaningful for students.

Abstract

All human beings who are still bound by kama need beauty and have an aesthetic encouragement. The human need for aesthetic pleasure has encouraged them to continue to create objects of aesthetic value that can cause a sense of lango (fun). Canang sari is an upakara symbolic of gratitude and thanks to the God, with all His manifestations. Aesthetically, the canang sari, besides containing religious values, also has aesthetic value from the reringgitan, the form with the composition, as well as the combination of the four floral colors. The aesthetic value contained therein increasingly makes calm, comfort, pleasure so that it further enhances spiritual religious both for those who make, those who see, and who give to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. Theo aesthetics of canang sari will imply satyam (truth), sivam (purity), and sundaram (balance). Keywords: theo aesthetics; canang sari

Abstract

This paper discusses how webinar as a source of learning in distance learning. Now the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the learning system to change drastically from classroom learning to online learning. With the phenomenon of the many webinar activities carried out by educational institutions is a form of information technology utilization in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. The benefits of participating in webinar include making themselves active in learning, increasing knowledge, and insight on current issues from various scientific disciplines. The advantages of attending a webinar is even free fees, share information quickly, and sometimes get a certificate.Keywords: Webinar; Learning Resources

Abstract

During this pandemic, children are needed as educators to adapt training models to improve their fitness and one of them is a martial arts game training model. Kumite training (fighting) is one of the techniques in the martial arts sport of karate. In the kumite training process, children will be motivated to play attacking techniques such as hitting (zuki) and kicking (geri), parrying techniques (uke), and techniques to avoid opponent attacks. In improving fitness, children can adapt two game training models, such as (1) the zuki hanging ball, this game practice is carried out with the concept of playing with a hanging ball, and (2) hanging ball geri, is an exercise with the concept of playing and using a hanging rubber ball. This activity will at least provide new experiences for children in filling the time in an effort to improve body fitness. Keywords: adaptation; training; games; self-defense; Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a survey based on the results of mentoring and training in the preparation of assessment models for teachers of Buddhist education, and to analyze the level of success of teachers in the application of learning with online media, as well as the correlation of mentoring and teacher competence in the field of evaluation of Buddhist education. This research is a survey research, which is accompanied by experiments through training, in identifying and developing an assessment model using online media. As the results of the study show that the assistance of making an assessment model can enhance the teacher's role in producing valid assessments. The benefits from the implementation of mentoring and training result in a good assessment. This activity has a positive correlation between the mentoring process and increasing teacher competence in the field of assessment of Buddhist religious education. The magnitude of the correlation between material and competence has a high correlation, presentation and competence have a high enough correlation, and both have a significant positive relationship.  Keywords : assessment model; online media; teacher competence

Abstract

This research aims to describe the competence of Hinduism teachers at the Elementary Schools level in Penebel sub-district who do not have educator certificate. This research is classified into qualitative research. The method that used is a survey method. The population of this research were Hinduism teachers at Elementary Schools level in Penebel sub-district who do not have educator certificate. The sampling technique that used is saturated sampling technique. The research instrument used was a teacher competency questionnaire. The teacher competency data analysis was conducted descriptively. The results of this research stated that the competence of Hinduism teachers at the Elementary Schools level in Penebel sub-district who do not have educator certificate was classified as high (average score 73.00). Keywords: Competence; Hinduism Teacher; Elementary School; do not have Educator Certificate

Abstract

Peace and peace of mind are the desires of every creature, not only for the human race, but also for plants or plants and animals. Therefore peace is very important to be realized and it is hoped that all components of the nation will struggle, strive, and act for it to maintain and strengthen Unity in Diversity. Tri Hita Karana has the understanding of three causes of harmony, namely: the harmony of the relationship between humans and Hyang Widi Wasa (God Almighty), the harmony of relations between fellow human beings and the harmonious relationship between humanity and the natural environment. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Religion No. 516 the role of extension workers to guide and foster society with religious language. So it is important for extension workers, to understand the existing problems by providing education and understanding the concept of Tri Hita Karana. Abstract

Today's Balinese language and literature are still alive and growing as a means of communication among the people, especially the Balinese. There are many forms of literary work, one of which is Gaguritan. Gaguritan as a classic literary work implies religious teachings and other knowledge that really need to be studied to understand the values contained in the Gaguritan literature. One of these literary works is in Gaguritan Segara Rupek, which is a classic literary work containing a lot of moral and religious knowledge. Segara Rupek's Gaguritan teachings provide motivation to improve the quality of behavior in society. Judging from its content, the whole Gaguritan Segara Rupek contains quite a lot of religious teachings such as tattwa and ethics. This scientific work is in the form of a descriptive qualitative design. Data was collected using literature and interview methods. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the teachings contained in Gaguritan Segara Rupek included: divine teachings, karmapala, compassion and morals. Keywords: Hindu Religion; Gaguritan Segara Rupek

Abstract

The result of analysis in this research are as follows: 1) there is difference of learning result and social attitude of students following the learning model of value clarification techniques with lesson study setting with conventional learning. 2) The result of the influence of learning model to the learning result obtained statistical value F = 14,372 with significance level <0,05. There significant differences from student learning outcomes that follow the learning with the model of learning value clarification techniques with lesson study settings compared with those following the conventional learning. 3) The result of analysis of the influence of learning model on social attitude obtained statistical value F = 8,918 with significance level <0,05. There is a significant difference of social attitudes of students who follow the learning with value clarification techniques learning model with lesson study setting compared to those following the conventional learning. Keywords: value clarification techniques; lesson study; social attitudes; learning outcomes
